Weither  a wedding or event is for 20 or 605, it requires time, attention and expertise. Understanding your ideas, color pallett, hobbies, likes and dislikes as well as your budget, objectives and expectations is key. We're on site to coordinate your special celebration through the entire event. We will handle every detail of offsite and onsite production of your wedding; from beginning to end. Our attention to detail and ability to problem solve will make your flawless occasion a reality.

Weddings

We offer single event services, day of services, partial planning- production, coordinating and management, and full service planning- production, coordinating and management.

wedding day of service 

day of services are for the couple who have completed the pre-planning, but require a coordinator for one to two months prior to their wedding date. we will contact your vendors, visit the venue, and prepare the timeline, day of production schedule, and itinerary for the event. we handle any issues that may arise, attend to the entire wedding parties needs in preparing for the wedding, and organize the final details. We coordinate the rehearsal and wedding day.

partial planning, production, coordinating and management

for the couple who has time to plan most of their wedding, but still wants a planner and/or designer to assist along the way. we advise about the decisions that need to be made, timeline assistance and make all the necessary preparations in order to create a flawless day. we work behind the scenes so that you can enjoy the planning process, as well as every moment of your wedding day.


full service planning, production, coordinating and management

for the couple who wants a professional planner to guide them through the entire wedding planning process and manage every detail of the wedding day. we work with the client to determine the essential components of your wedding such as locating the venue, suggest and hire vendors, negotiate contracts, plan or assist you in the overall design and décor, and handle all of the hundreds of “little details” that are involved in planning a truly unique wedding. we advise you about the decisions that need to be made, timeline assistance, help with formulating a realistic budget, and make all the necessary preparations, in order to create a flawless day.
