We were very pleased with Aaron. The ceremony music was perfect and the reception was better than I imagined! We had a great time with him and I highly recommend booking him as soon as possible.

Aaron is an amazing DJ and ensured that our reception was a blast! He met with us to discuss music prior to the reception to ensure the right mix of music played throughout the reception. He worked well with my photographers. He was on time and professional. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional DJ for any event!

Excellent service for a great price. Especially helpful since we didn't give him much prep time (was our fault for waiting to the last minute to find a DJ). Everyone had a blast and the dance floor was packed!

When my fiance and I first met with Aaron, I was so unprepared! I hadn't thought ahead to any of the songs we would use except the first dance song. Aaron had it all under control though - he had many suggestions. It was easy to tell Aaron was experienced, organized, and professional. He made sure to get to know my fiance and I, and made sure the genre/types of songs would be appropriate. He thought of things I hadn't - timing of dances, garter tosses, etc. and even made suggestions about what he found worked best. His services leading up to the wedding were nothing compared to our experience with him at the reception! Aaron did a great job feeling out the crowd and kept the party going all night. My husband and I had an amazing time, and so did our family and friends. The dance floor was packed the whole night. Aaron was easy to work with and affordable.

Aaron was a joy to work with. He played specific music we requested and added other music that completely matched (and helped set) the tone of the evening.

Aaron was throughout the entire process the perfect DJ for our wedding. He met with us a month before the wedding and discussed with us at lenght everything about how we wanted the evening to progress. He then proceeded to make the night completely magical - and get everyone from small cousins to disco-ing uncles on the dancefloor the entire night. I had sent him a CD with a few songs I wanted played, but I hadn't included on it a particular song I had mentioned at the meeting. Not only had Aaron noticed the song wasn't there - he had figured out a way to get it to play at the wedding!!! And did I mention the song was in Danish?! How he did that, I'll never know, but I do know that Aaron goes above and beyond in his work, and we're eternally grateful that he was with us on our special day.

We had Aaron DJ/emcee our wedding last weekend. Aaron came highly recommended, and luckily he was everything we hoped for and expected. I can't recommend Aaron Lane Entertainment highly enough. Aaron and his team were absolutely phenomenal! Music was one of the most important considerations for our reception, and as such, my search for the perfect DJ began immediately after booking our reception venue. In my original inquiry to Aaron, I stated that "the event is classy, sophisticated, and formal, but having attended college in New Orleans, a great selection of dirty south rap is a must for the reception!" His prompt response: "Congrats on your engagement! I like the description for your reception ... the dirty south rap has gained quite a following with my couples lately! I do have the date available, and I'd be honored to work with you for the reception. About how many people do you expect to attend?" In summary ... perfect! He immediately demonstrated that he understood my vision, while maintaining complete professionalism. This is a business and he handles it as such, while conveying immense enthusiasm for the services he provides. From the beginning I felt confident that Aaron listened, understood, and possessed the organizational skills to execute the event exactly as I envisioned, while infusing his dynamic personality to make it memorable and above all, the best party I'd ever attended. I was not disappointed. My guests LOVED the music as did I, and we received so many great comments and still do, months later. Dancing to my favorite rap in the middle of a beautiful, historic venue was so New Orleans- exactly what I wanted for our wedding. For those who favor other genres, have no fear- Aaron has that covered as well. Guests arrived to jazz playing for the first part of the reception, and it set the tone for a classy, fun New Orleans evening. Throughout the entire event, Aaron also expertly emceed during the dances, speeches, etc., ensuring that everything flowed smoothly. Many out-of-town guests attended our reception, and it was extremely important to me to show them why New Orleans is such a special place, unparalleled in terms of having fun and enjoying life. Aaron Lane Entertainment absolutely delivered and gets my highest recommendation!

He was great. I gave him 4 songs that he had to play and about 70 songs for him to get a feel for the type and range of music that I was looking for. He took it from there and was great. My sister in law told me at the wedding just how impressed she was with the DJ. She just got engaged and has asked for his contact info and said she wants him to play exactly what he played for mine. A coworker's best friend got married about a month after me and coincidentally used Aaron as well and she said he was great at her wedding too.

Did an excellent job with music selection and was quick to change songs when requested by bride and groom. He did a great job for a Christian wedding!

Aaron was fantastic! We had a very unique venue location at the Audubon Zoo Swamp exhibit. We asked Aaron to include many different types of music- cajun, honky tonk, motown, and dance- and he pieced everything together seamlessly. There was nothing but rave reviews from our guests on the music. People you would never expect were up and dancing. I was very impressed with Aaron's willingness to incorporate our ideas, but also to offer his own great recommendations.

Aaron was a great DJ. My husband and I really wanted a fun reception that would keep everyone dancing. Aaron made that happen. Our guests were dancing until we left and then after :) Aaron was a pleasure to work with. He both listened to us and modified the music based off of the crowd. We would definitely recommend him!

WOW! So many good things to say about having Aaron as our wedding DJ. Aaron is everything you need when looking for a DJ; reasonably priced, professional, fun and knowledgeable when it comes to keeping your guest dancing the night away! You would be crazy if you didn't book Aaron Lane to DJ your event!

Provided advice when we needed and also listened when we needed. Very professional. Very great service. Added a song to our playlist the day before the ceremony with no problem.
