Bourbon Street Limo

This was my first year renting from this company for the Bayou Classic. They were the only company that has ever been on time. I will use next year. Car was new and smelled good.

Disrespect and unprofessional. That is what you can expect from this company. Just terrible. I wish we had read more reviews before attempting to do business with them. They are immature, disgusting, and foul-mouthed. I am in the military and I am ashamed I fight for their freedom to treat people like this. From their customer service (profanity adjusted): "If you dont know by now we dont care We obviously were to busy to call, as we have three 5 million dollar contracts. So I believe your little money will not hurt. Next time waste your time with a company that gives a $#!t. You are a waste of my time. I have real clients to take care of. " Backstory: When attempting to use them for our wedding I received a basic online quote, when I emailed back with an additional question, a _week_ later I received an email with just a phone number. Had I wanted to call, I would have done that in the first place. But I was overseas fighting for my country and email was all I had available. After going with a different service I sent them a message explaining why I was disappointed and went with a different company... above was their response. What a sad life they live if that is how they think they can treat people. SHAME ON YOU, BSL. They are a disgrace to New Orleans.

While the limo company did a fantastic job upon arrival, pre-arrival, I was pushed and pushed into adding a hour with the company, something I knew our budget could not afford. The lady who called to tried to get me to extend my time was very short with me and even had the head honcho call me after she hung up on me. Although he was not kind at first, after working through things with him and explaining our frustrations, the limo arrived on time and the service was great.
