Bourbon Street Limousine

The only positive part of this experience was our driver. The office staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They took additional unauthorized funds from our band account and had MAJOR attitude with us when we called them about this; they also threatened my husband over the phone. The limos were not as clean as they should have been and the speaker system in one of the limos was busted. They blamed that on us. I posted a review of our experience on Yelp.com and they called me a couple of days after saying that there would be "repergressions" (repercussions??) if we didn't take the review down. They then went on to make up a bogus story about how we were never charged extra money, it was put on hold. Ok, WHY was this extra money "put on hold"?? They had already charged the full amount that we were qouted to the account, WHY are you putting MORE money on hold? It was all a lie. There has been nothing but lies from this company. Just look at all of the reviews on google maps.
