Celebrity Limousine

I used Celebrity to transport my wedding party and my Groom & I from the airport when we arrived in New Orleans and then back to the airport when we were leaving New Orleans. The two experiences were completely different. On the way from the airport, the driver was early, professional, flexible and helpful. The limo was crap however, it was old, worn, pieces of it fell off everywhere we touched. It took all the way to our destination for the car to cool down. It also smelled of cigarettes and strippers to quote the groom and bestman.The return trip started badly, we had a 7:30 am pick up time, the limo didnt show, and when I called, they said they had me for pm, I rechecked my reservation, confirmed via email from them when they chatged my deposit, it said am. I called back, they rushed a limo out and apologized for the error. The driver was rude, insisted on the balance being paid as we loaded into the car, the car was not cleaned, including being full of old alcohol containers, cans and trash. The driver had no tie on, his shirt was unbuttoned, and he complained that they called him at home and had him rush to do my reservation. The car was in better shape, but wasn't cleaned, as I stated before. All in all, the job was done, they were economical, but I wouldn't use them again. Look elsewhere! I gave them 3.5 for flexibility, because the first driver agreed to make an unscheduled stop for a fee and didn't complain or act put out. 3.5 for value, because they were cost efficient. 2.0 for professionalism, because the first driver was great, the second sucked. 2.5 for responsiveness, because the first run was great, the second crap. Quality of service as a 2.0 because the car was bad on the first run and the driver bad on the second, and the error regarding scheduled time for return trip.

They were on time clean and friendly. what else do you want but for them to just do their job and they did

Great job! Driver helped you in and out of vehicles which was essential because we all had on tight dresses. LOL! They showed up on time and did exactly what they were contracted to do!

Limos showed up on time and everything went smoothly. Limos were in good condition except for my rolls royce the air wasnt working that well but other than that no complaints.

Everything was good. No exceptional or outstanding qualities but very happy with the service.
