Davids Bridal

Being this is a chain department store, the staff was ok. The woman seated at the front was very rude. The woman who helped me with my dress was awesome, very nice and patient and understood what I wanted and what I was there for. When I picked up my dress the staff was less than impressive on getting my dress for me. Not a place I would recommend or use again.

We weren't very satisfied with David's Bridal as a whole. Don't go here if you're dress hunting during the Mardi Gras season. All the employees were more concerned with the masks they were wearing than the customers. After finally selecting a dress, the lady let us place our order and wait a week before telling us the dress had been discontinued. 2 weeks before the wedding one of the bridesmaids call us to ask a question about her dress just for us to discover that David's Bridal gave her the wrong dress. When we called to ask them about it they didn't offer any help other than telling us the location of the closest store that had the dress. We had to return the dress, get our refund, then drive an hour to a different store to get the right dress. In my opinion that's not how you put the customer first. However, David's Bridal is affordable. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great dress & service

I loved my dress and the fitting was really well done, however she seemed to belittle my opinion sometimes when I wanted it a different way, since I have a bigger chest I had to get 2 sizes larger dress and I didn't want to look like a square so she had to take in the waist quite a bit. Other than that it was great! Just be forceful with what you want, afterall, it is your dress!

Overall it wasn't a bad experience however, the bridemaids dress' were difficult to size because they only had size 2,8, and 20 available to try. They also have the no return policy which made it difficult because my girls were guessing at sizes. We were also told that there wasn't another dress that we could base the sizes off of. It was just overall a big guess if it was ok. Oh yea and they made sure to tell you to get it a little bigger and that they offered alterations. They we're very professional though. I felt the bridesmaid dress' were a little over priced for the quality. My wedding dress was actually cheaper than I expected but the quality was great. Their alterations dept isn't much help they have a board that shows the cost but what you would figure it out to be and what it comes out to be is totally different. It does make sense once they show you but there are hidden charges that you have. They did a wonderful job though.

They weren't very helpful. I pretty much just chose dressed and went into a dressing room. No one really helped me, but I was able to find the perfect dress for me and had no problems with it.

David's was the only place I ended up looking for dresses because I had such great service there. I was assigned an excellent attendant who really listened to what I wanted and helped me find it. She worked hard to help me make a decision, but without pressuring me at all. The selection at David's is great and the prices can't be beat. I also ordered my invitations from their website using a coupon I received from buying a dress there. The site made it easy to choose and customize my invitations, and all at a great price. Overall I was very pleased with both the David's Bridal store and website.

purchased my dress and bridesmaids and flower girl all here...got a discount on the bridesmaid and flower gilr for purchasing the dress, bodice, slip and shoes all together.

Overall I enjoyed my experience with David's Bridal. My wedding dress turned out perfect.

This store offeres a great selection of wedding dresses and brides maid dress for any budget. I went there for my wedding and for my friends weddings and they are always great!

I had several problems with David's Bridal as far as my bridesmaid's dresses went. They kept scaring me that if my girls didn't order their dresses all at the same time, then the dye wouldn't match. That's just one example, but it was enough to have me frantic! Luckily it all came out ok and who knows if the dyes matched or not. It was just frustrated that I never got the same answer from the same two people!

They change things a lot, so make sure you get everything done with them in advance! Also, make appointments or try to go during times that aren't too busy, or you may not get the best service.
