Flawless Bride

Heather and Lindsey were such a pleasure to work with. My hair and makeup were, well, flawless. I loved everything about my hair and makeup. Hair and makeup lasted all day without touch-ups. I showed Heather pictures of hairstyles I was interested in and she recreated exactly how I wanted. My bridesmaids looked amazing too!

I loved working with Heather & her team...they were responsive, enthusiastic, reasonably priced, and I LOVED my hair & make-up!

First, Heather is married to her iPhone and Facebooks about her clients AS SHE WORKS ON THEM. As I went to grab my phone from the desk, saw her facebooking about messing up my hair/makeup if I was a Bridezilla. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And she was almost 30 minutes LATE, which I've been told is typical. I'm glad I had Candace do my makeup, which was wonderful. Heather tried to make me look like Snooki from Jersey Shore and I'm grateful my maid of honor stopped her. My hair went flat as a pancake within an hour of her finishing. So not good. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HEATHER.

Heather did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as a couple of my bridesmaids as well. As noted, she is hard to get ahold of through email, but if you call her, she'll respond right away (if she doens't answer just leave a message and she'll get back to you. She's probably working on somone's hair people!!). She did a beautiful job on both hair and makeup and she is a very sweet person.

I could go on and on about how talented Heather is. She did all of the hair and makeup for me (the bride) as well as our bridal party. She knew the look that I was going for and made suggestions that I never would have thought of! In the end I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup and was so pleased with the photos too. I would recommend Heather to anyone!

I was kinda nervous when I booked Heather because of all the bad press I've read, but Heather was surprisingly awesome! Heather showed up on time at the Columns the day of and was very accommodating for my trials, my mother's trial, and even DH's grandma who wanted to get her hair done the week before the wedding. Every time I called I reached her, if not that minute, that day. Heather is very sweet and does a great job! I loved my make-up & hair for both days, the bridal portraits & my wedding day.

I loved the way all of our make-up turned out. The only problem that I had with the company is that they take a while to respond to emails and answer questions.

I would recommend brides use Heather w/ Flawless bride, but you must be patient. She is hard to get a hold of, but once you have her she does a great job!

I had my trial 11 days before the wedding. I confirmed with Heather that day that she would be at my hotel at 8am the morning of the wedding. 8am arrived, nothing. 9am arrived, nothing. She didn't answer her phone. My wedding planner called, no answer. Eventually, one of her associates showed up Thank GOD! But she could only do my hair and makeup, nobody elses. The entire point of me getting a makeup artist was for everyone in the wedding party to be able to have their makeup professionaly done and feel beautiful. The associate was kind enough not to charge me. However, I have never received an apology. I never received an explanation. NOTHING! And my hair wilted before the ceremony.

Wonderful women, try the airbrushing for you and your bridesmaids - we had 12 up-do's and 10 makeups to do, and they provided enough time and enough stylists for all of us; they will come to your venue and make you flawless!

Heather did my hair and makeup for both my portraits and my wedding date. She was very quick and efficient. I called her on the morning of the wedding and asked if she had fake eyelashes, she didnt but she stopped on the way and picked some up for me. I recommended her to my cousin and she used her for her wedding as well.
