Didn't get what I wanted... I put my trust into HC to make a custom dress for my wedding. I knew I wasn't the "high-end" clientele they were used to, but I explicitly stated my budget before starting this process. I was told that my budget would not be a problem and that I'd be "fabulous". On my third to last fitting I noticed there were holes (yes holes) in the skirt of my dress, the lining of the dress shown through the skirt and when I asked why, I was told "it's the same color the fabrics are different". I wasn't satisfied with that so I asked if I could get a lining that was closer to the color of my dress. The interior lining of the bodice was not properly sewn into the dress. I asked for additional layers of tulle to be added to the dress and was told it would be an obscene amout of money to have the material added. **note that the dress I'd shown them from jump was made with over a 100 layers of tulle
By the time I went back for my last fitting, I was told that "you got an extra layer of tulle, because we put another piece on top of the layers with the holes in it".. Really?! So they made the executive decision to still give me a dress with holes in it. When I got home and examined the dress, I realized there were still holes in the "newest" layer of the dress, runs in the fabric of the bodice and the hem of the dress was uneven. I was so fed up with the dress that I ended up not wearing the dress on my wedding day, I purchased a new dress at the last minute.
