They were horrible and unprofessional!!! I went into Denham Springs store to inform them that we needed handkerchief inserts at least 2-3 months before our wedding and made sure they understood that those would be our boutonnieres. They wrote it down on the paperwork and then promptly forgot all about it. They did not have it the day before our wedding when my parents went to pick up my Dad’s tux. I was quite upset and they swore they would have it the next day and that my finance could pick it up the day of… Oh and they messed my finance’s tux up as well. The shirt, vest, and coat were a size too big and the vest had a stain on it. When my finance went to pick up to corrected tux and the handkerchief inserts they informed him that they had sent the handkerchief inserts with the wrong groom. My guy had to go to the other groom’s church to get the handkerchief inserts but alas he was not there. So there were no handkerchief inserts and no boutonnieres for our wedding. You might wonder why is this person so upset, it’s just handkerchief inserts… that’s just it!!! It is just handkerchief inserts!! The point is that they did not read the order at all. They are incompetent at best and liars at worst. They even had the nerve to tell my Mother they had the handkerchief inserts in the back the entire time when she returned with my Dad’s tux!! (That of course was a lie, either that or that fact that they had sent the handkerchief inserts with the wrong groom and then let a man drive all over creation handkerchief inserts on his wedding day.) I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use them again!!! I don’t care if I have to buy a tux next time. This company will never ever ever get a dime of my money again!!!! I am every upset with this company and I encourage very bride to avoid them! I knew something would go wrong because my friend who got married two weeks before me had a bad experience with them as well but it was too late for us to find another service. DO NOT USE Squire’s!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and by the way, my hubby just informed me that the wedding he dropped by on was not happy with Squire's either. They messed up their order and none of them (the groomsmen) will ever use Squire's...so that's at least 4-6 (depending on who was married and who was not) weddings that Squire's will never be used on because of their bad service. Again, DO NOT USE!!!

We used Squires Formal Wear--Towne Center and were very pleased with the value. They were flexible in letting us pick up the tux a few days before the event since we live out of town. Also, the sales consultant was helpful in trying diffenent pants (short vs regular length) to get a tux that fit perfectly.

I did not have much contact with them so I do not really know how to review them. The only thing I did not like was that they seemed a little negative when I asked for their opinion on a color selection to go with the camoflauge vests they have. Other than that I did like that they had the camo vest. My husband seemed to really like the look of the tuxes and I thought all the guys looked great!

Squires Was an absolute NIGHTMARE! When i went to book them the manager argued with me on what he thought i wanted, and the only reason i still kept them is because they were the only ones with the tux we liked. They changed my tux order without my knowledge, and when the groomsmen went to get fitted, he called me and said, the tux they showed me was not the one you picked, i called and asked what was going on, they said, oh, someone didn't like something so we changed it....... I was FURIOUS! and it was to late to change my order and 2 weeks till the big day, When my Then Fiance' got to the wedding site and was getting dressed, his shirt looked like a balloon, his jacket fit him like a straight jacket, he was miserable, and being the groom, he should have looked the best, he had to keep his vest on the whole night so his shirt would not hang. I HATED OUR EXPERIENCE WITH SQUIRES!!!!!! The Only thing that made it good was that we booked the limo also, and the driver was AWESOME! he knew exactly where he was going, arrived at the reception site early, was very polite, and an awesome driver!!
