The Balcony

What can I say…? This place is awesome! Everything that you need or could possibly want is there. The food was amazing. The décor is so elegant. Every one was there to help with any and every little thing that could happen or go wrong. Thanks to Mike, everything went off like clockwork. We met with Mr. Johnny for our first tour of the venue. He explained everything from the menu to rehearsal. How everything would be set up for the ceremony and reception. I went back with my mother and mother in law to book the next week because we were so impressed. Jay took us around for the tour this time. Very professional and explained everything again. We mentioned that some of our family had seafood allergies. He took note and He assured us that all seafood would be prepared separately. He showed us the kitchen, DJ booth (Oh a brand new sound system) they were ready for any type of party. They have everything running so smooth we were all able to relax and enjoy our day with family and friends. Our Day was perfect thanks to the amazing staff of the Balcony.

from the start of the entire venue finding place The Balcony exceeded any other venue out there. I was in the area looking at other venues and came across this venue. My mother, fiance and myself actually just walked in and was greated instantly by a staff member. He showed us around from the coat check in, to the bridal suite, even through their kitchen. He went through every food station, music selection, every little detail of how the ceremony and/or reception would go. He gave me bridal magazines, a checklist to check off with other venues to see which is the better venue. Then months before the wedding I'd occasionally stroll in just to see and reassure myself as this was "THE" venue for our wedding. I met and spoke with the staff on what seemed to be a daily basis weeks before the wedding and they never once got aggravated or rude with my questions and what ifs. The day of the wedding, The Balcony couldn't have pulled it off any better. I didn't receive not a negative thought from my guests about the Balcony. Everything was PERFECT!!! And my wedding day was truly the most unstressful day ever. I was truly the calmest Bride ever

I absolutely loved this place. I had had friends get married here before I did and was very pleased with being a guest so I figured why not be a bride here also. I do not have one complaint about the service here. They had a guy that followed the bride and groom and their parents around and made sure we had food and drinks the entire night. He also made sure that we stayed on schedule. I am telling you I would give this place a 10 out of 5 stars. I don't have one regret. And I am not a competitor, I am a true bride!

I doubt the authenticity of the many reviews on this website. There is no verification that the good reviews are not from the owners themselves, and poor reviews from competitors. The Balcony has been in business for 35 years. Judge for yourself!

I was pleased with everything..except for the fact that we had picked this venue knowing that they had our favorite "Chocolate Covered Strawberries" and they were not provided as they said they would be.

I believe I spent way to much $$$ for Just Ok serivce.
