They made our wedding reception so savory and worry free - Nick's standard and truthful answer to everything, "Don't worry, we'll take care of it." And he and his staff did. They adapted, several times, to the threat and reality of rain on the patio, and the installation art of the art museum. It all came out just like we imagined, from the aparagus spears, to the crawfish pistolettes, to the alligator bites and the delicious way they served up my dad's deer sausage. Complete professional service done with the personal touch of keeping us all happy.
